Dear Friends and Family, we would like to honor the Memory of Lee Canalizo, A Very Special Supporter of Our Dogs, A Kind and Gentle Judge. The artist Adriano Rocha, has graciously offered to create this Memorial

Trophy in Her Honor. He is using one of Lee’s Abstract Paintings for Inspiration. It represents the love she had for the Afghan Hound. Because she was a Huge Supporter and Early Member of the Sun Coast Afghan Hound Club, Michael Canalizo, has requested that the Club offer this Trophy for Best In Show Specialty at the 25th Anniversary Show in December 2023 Orlando. It Must be Won 3 times by same owner. It will stay in the possession of the club until it is retired by the winner.

We are asking for donations to make this possible. The Names of Donors will be listed on the Trophy Table.

Depending on the Amount of Loving and Gracious Donations, We hope to have a Special Celebration to Honor Lee and The Legacy she has left behind. Further information will follow at a Future Date.
