Lee Ann Freeman

Lee Ann Freeman has had to undergo three cardiology procedures to include an LAD stent placement and a pacemaker placement.  The hospitalizations and surgical procedures, not to mention prescriptions and equipment, have caused her to incur medical expenses.   Additionally, her health conditions are impacting her on a level that some domestic home health would greatly help her in daily living until she can get back on her feet.  
Lee faithfully served this community, the City of Orlando, and most of the local Police Departments over time, for the majority of her career.   She has always been first in line to help so many people.   Let's help her now when she needs us.
