Leaven's Cancer Dream Wish Trip

Hi, my name is Tyler Jursza. I am separated and trying to raise funds for my daughter Leaven and myself to make her life dream come true and spend a weekend at Disneyland. Leaven turned 10 years old in September and every year when she blows out her candles that's her wish. One cute routine we do is we watch a Disney movie new or old every night before bed. She has to have at least 20 old vhs tapes and I cant even guess how many dvds/BluRay's she has. Her favorite characters are Elsa from Frozen, Moana and Ariel. Leaven has been diagnosed with stage 2 HODKGKIN'S LYMPHOMA. Her neck started to swell on one side and she was saying it was hurting and bothering her. Many doctors appointments later and numerous X-Ray, MRI and Ultrasounds and a surgery to perform a biopsy that was the diagnosis. HODKGKIN'S LYMPHOMA. She will have to edure chemotherapy along with radiation therapy to hopefully cure her. Leaven was also born with club feet. She had casts on her legs for the entire first year of her life. She then had to wear the brace ( in the picture above) for 2 years 24hrs a day. After that it was worn only a bed time for 2 more years and then she was brace free. She still has not beaten it completely as her foot range has started to retract. It's the not the first time this has happened as we have had to bring the brace back out of retirement to try and correct it again but to no avail. We had a consultation with the club foot clinic regarding surgery for her feet but this has now obviously been put aside for this life threatening issue. She has been fighting and struggling the majority of her life but those who know her know that she is such a trooper and fighter. Even with the club feet she has joined a soccer team, track club at school along with ballet and an Urban dance club letting nothing stop her or get in her way of making her dreams come true and doing the the things she loves. She is such an amazing girl always laughing and dancing the day away not letting one minute go by without making the most of it. No person should have to endure the HORRENDOUS PAIN and SUFFERING that comes along with cancer and it's treatment. More less a 10 YEAR OLD LITTLE GIRL! Chemotherapy and radiation bring the strongest MEN and WOMEN to there knees and my little girl a 10 year old has to suffer through this and there is NOTHING I can do to help her or take the pain away. With my last breath I will fight and do everything and anything I can her for but I want to make this one WISH and DREAM of hers come true. Please, any help to make her dreams come true would be so appreciated and generous and I thank and Leaven thanks you as well.
