Hi, I’m Lynsey Polacheck and I’m the founder of LeashSpace. LeashSpace is a dedicated platform to the animal care industry, exclusively offering pet-friendly commercial and residential
properties for prospective tenants.

We leverage technology and years of real estate experience to create a more efficient property
search process. 

This venture is built on the following
fundamental beliefs:
-Finding a pet-friendly place to live or work
should be as easy for pet owners as it is for
everyone else.
-Pet-friendly Landlords and their agents can stand out from their competition and steadily grow their recurring income stream by more effectively connecting with this segment of potential tenants.
-As we serve our unique user base, we
organically grow an attractive market for pet-
focused business owners and entrepreneurs. 

-we are excited to provide a
community,  niche and “space” where people
who love and supports animals and love to
network can find each other

In today’s fast paced society, time is one of the
most valuable assets. My family and I have 
worked in real estate for over 20 years , and
there has never been a website that can
streamline the search process for real estate
properties where animals are accepted and
welcomed.

Right now, we’re raising 50k in order to get
LeashSpace off the ground. The first 25k will go towards building our advertising platform and directory  and the next 25k will be used for advertising , promotion, and building out social media integration.
If we exceed 50k, we’ll expand from Southern to Northern California to embrace even more pet
owners. In a few years, our goal is to bring LeashSpace across the entire United States, and then
expand internationally.
