Hello all, my co-worker, Zanna and I have grown up in the Bay Area, where both of us went to school on the peninsula in Palo Alto and Redwood City before moving to the Santa Rosa area to attend Sonoma State University. Both of us have clients  that have lost their homes and we want to help the rest of our family at work get all the help they need. Learning Rx, Santa Rosa is home to 30 wonderful families from around the North Bay Area. Due to the horrific Tubbs fire Monday morning, some of our members and their families, and employees at Learning Rx were forced to evacuate their homes, not knowing what the fate would be. Most of our clients are children, whose families lost their homes and businesses. There are also more families who still do not know the fate of their homes.  

We are hoping to raise money to help give these children and their families the supplies and support they need. Including, toiletries, food/water, clothes, underware, and more. ANYTHING you can give will help. 

We will be using the funds to buy $100+ gift cards to Costco, target or visa and divide it between the victims of the fire to be able to buy whatever they can, they are our valued clients and we'll be delivering them the gift cards personally. Our community is important to us and we want to help any way we can.

You can also help by volunteering at the local evacuation centers, and bring supplies along with you.
