Learning shouldn't stop while schools are closed

Please join us in making a difference for elementary students learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic.  We are raising money to benefit the non-profit organization, Improving Education, and their Learning in a Box project. 

Just two days after schools were closed in Maryland, a group of 10 Baltimore City Public School teachers came together during their spring break to discuss how to serve children who may not have access to wifi or technology for distance learning.  They didn't know how long schools would be closed, but they knew their students needed resources in their homes to continue learning.

The teachers, taking part in The iFellowship, decided to create a learning kit that would provide materials and resources to their students and engage them in hands on activities and projects that could build skills and keep them learning.

Within just a few days, Learning in a Box was created and the first 1,000 kits were funded and in the hands of students.  We are now receiving requests for thousands more and we need your help to meet the need for many more students across Baltimore.
