Hello Family & Friends,

Our names are Lisa Hopkins (Daughter) and Lauren Powell (Granddaughter) of Leanna Hopkins.

Leanna was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Esophageal Cancer and Dysphasia . A feeding tube has been placed permanently for Leanna to receive nutrients. Leanna has decided to continue to fight for her life and plans to begin chemotherapy soon.

Unfortunately, the healthcare insurance covers minimal health care expenses for long term hospital stays and the transition to hospice. Leanna will need 24 hour health care due to other major health complications and embarking on her chemotherapy journey.

Throughout her illness Leanna remains in good spirits. Her sarcasm and wit still remain.

The funds raised will go towards:
