Want to join us in making a difference? Clare Cai Keah & Carys – Walking 100 Miles in March for Lean On Me, in Honour of Jesse Owen
This March, Clare Cai Keah and Carys are committing to walking 100 miles in support of Lean On Me, in honour of the late Jesse Owen.
Every step taken throughout the month is more than just distance covered — it’s a statement of solidarity, compassion, and remembrance. Lean On Me works tirelessly to provide mental health support and create safe spaces for those who are struggling, ensuring that no one has to face their battles alone.
By walking 100 miles, Clare Cai Keah and Carys are turning movement into meaning. They are walking for awareness. They are walking for conversations and above all, they are walking in memory of Jesse Owen, whose life and legacy continue to inspire kindness, courage, and community.
This challenge is not just about endurance — it’s about connection. It’s about reminding people that support is always within reach, and that together, we can make a difference one step at a time.
If you would like to support Clare Cai Keah and Carys on their journey, consider donating, sharing their mission, or simply checking in on someone who might need a little extra support this month.
