Leah's Road to Recovery

Donation protected
On June 16, 2019, Leah Wilt was involved in a terrible ATV accident.  Leah was transported by helicopter to the hospital where she was treated.  She suffered severe facial trauma including Zygomaticomaxillary Complex (ZMC) fractures, also known as tripod fractures on her face, nasal fractures, and severe trauma to her teeth.  The doctors are unable to make any decisions or dates for procedures until the swelling subsides, but we do know that this will be a long road of surgeries and recovery and she will be out of work for a while.

Leah is back home now and has started visiting with surgeons.  Kane is having to take off work to take care of her and their three boys. Anyone that knows Leah, knows how strong and independent she is and how much she cares for her family.  Being able to fully support them in all aspects is her main priority even as she deals with this unexpected trauma.

Many of you have reached out and asked how you could help.  It is with permission from the Wilt family, that an official donation page has been set up in hopes of helping the Wilts financially and daily to ease some of the burden in the coming months.  We are, as is she, so thankful that she is alive and on the road to recovery after this horrific accident. Your love, support, and donations to help through the months as she will be recovering are appreciated more than each of you will ever know. Thank you!
