Leah's Solo Adventure

Hello friends!  As most of you know, I'm graduating from college this year, and I have about a month to fill between graduation and starting my career as an Image Scientist.  I'd like your help making my biggest dream come true: road-tripping around the entire country and beyond.

My trip has three main goals:
1.  See the extreme (most North, South, East, and West) points of the continental US
2.  See Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada - and
3.  Visit Tuscon, AZ where my mom grew up.

In addition to exploring North America's natural wonders, I'll also be traveling through cities such as Chicago, Portland, and Houston. 

I've never been further west than Nashville, and I've spent my entire life in Western New York.  I'm excited to start my life as a college graduate, but will probably be the only chance that I'll have to satisfy my immense sense of wanderlust and see the rest of our beautiful country.



Here is my rough itinerary for the trip:
Sunday June 4th: Buffalo, Cleveland, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis
Monday June 5th: Northwest Angle, Winnipeg, Regina
Tuesday June 6th: Saskatoon, Edmonton, Calgary
Wednesday June 7th through Thursday, June 8th: Banff National Park
Friday June 9th: Vancouver, Seattle
Saturday June 10th: Olympic National Forest, Cape Alava, Portland
Sunday June 11th: Yosemite
Monday June 12th: Sequoia National Forest, Death Valley, Lake Mead
Tuesday June 13th: Grand Canyon National Park, Petrified Forest National Park, Tucson, El Paso
Wednesday June 14th: Austin, Houston, New Orleans
Thursday June 15th: Gulf Islands National Seashore, Tallahassee, Tampa, Fort Myers
Friday June 16th: Everglades National Park, Key West, Melbourne, Savannah
Saturday June 17th: Raleigh, DC, Philadelphia, Stafford Springs
Sunday June 18th: Boston, Portland, West Quoddy Head
Monday June 19th: Montreal, Lake Placid
Tuesday June 20th: Sylvan Beach, Buffalo
