Hi I'm Laurie and on the 5th June 2025 we lost my beautiful sister to cancer

3 years ago Leah was diagnosed with breast cancer and futher scans showed it has spread, she was given roughly 3 months to live! She told no one, not one person, she battled for 3 years never accepting that this was her fate, never once slipping up, she continued with life, work and her dreams, right up until the very end she was still determined to get better! Forever determined she would beat it!

Loosing Leah has shattered our family she left a daughter, our parents, me and our brothers, her nieces and endless family members, friends and colleagues.

One of her wishes was to have a bench at her favourite walking spot, somewhere people can go to remember her and take in the beauty of the place she loved so much!

Having spoken with the council, the cost for the bench, the spot and for it to be placed and maintained for 4 years is £4000.

Our beautiful Leah was taken far to early and we so very much want to make this happen for her ❤️
