In May of 2022 we adopted Leah, our 6 year old golden retriever. From day one, she was a perfect fit for our family and got along great with our other dog Beesly. She was absolutely perfect.. until she wasn't. On Aug 21, Leah began acting different and uncomfortable. We took her that night to the emergency clinic. After multiple nights in the hospital, bloodwork, x-rays, ultrasounds, blood transfusions and a CT scan, they found an extremely large abdominal mass - nothing like they had seen before. As we wait for a definitive answer as to what this is, how to move forward and whether or not we can save her, please pray for her and our family.
