On November 15th, 7 week old Leah Grace Passalacqua was diagnosed with stage 4s neuroblastoma. The tumor is affecting her adrenal glad, liver and kidneys. Leah is under the care of the amazing medical staff at Uptate Childrens Hospital in Syracuse, NY where she began her first chemo treatment today. Leah will undergo 2 weeks of chemo treatment and then next steps will be determined. Nick and Kara also have 2 young children at home, Avery 4 and Aaron 14 months. Even though it is early on in Leah's diagnosis and the road ahead is unknown, we know that the next few weeks and months will be trying. Nick is my brother and him and Kara would do anything for anyone and with the holidays coming up and being away from their other 2 young children I would like to ask for your help in any way that you can.  The money raised will be given by myself to Nick and Kara directly to use for medical bills or any other additional costs accured while they are away from home seeking treatment for Leah.
