On May 20th, Leah Porlas passed away tragically and unexpectedly at 41 years old after several days of battling a still unknown medical condition. As a wife and mother, Leah worked tirelessly and passionately to take care of her family.

Her three children, Greyson (17), Celine (7), and Noa (5) were everything to her. She worked to instill in her children the values of kindness and empathy, and for them to know the love and teachings of Christ and the Catholic faith. Leah's desire to care for others extended to her career, where she worked long hours and many weekends as Activities Director at Paradise Point Resort in San Diego, CA to help provide for her children.

She gleefully supported her husband, Tyson, in pursuing his passion for racing as co-owner of the Beal Racing NHRA Top Fuel Dragster. She willingly took care of the household when Tyson would travel for racing, so excited to see her husband pursue his dreams.

The Porlas family has been emotionally and financially devastated by the loss of their matriarch. Please consider donating what you can to help them shoulder the costs of funeral arrangements, and pick up the pieces to provide for their young children in the years to come.
