Envita Medical Center is a patient-based facility offering customized, genetically-targeted cancer treatments for complex end-stage and nonresponsive-to-care patients for over 20 years. As such we have some very immediate needs that will be coming fast at us. We will explain this in greater detail but our new endeavor will come at a very steep expense as very little will be covered by insurance. This is the downside to pivoting from conventional medicine. The exact amount will not be known until we get additional testing and come up with a plan, should we definitely decide to pursue this option in full. We have not made a commitment to this plan yet as our next step involves an in depth consultation and many, many tests to determine the efficacy of these treatments.
What we are asking:
With that said, the initial appointment alone and subsequent tests may be as high as $10,000- this expense is completely out-of-pocket and will be needed in the next two weeks! David and I know this is the price to pay to possibly get the results we want. We’ve prayed over and discussed this at length, and we have peace about this financial mountain we face. We are willing to give all we have to see a victory! This mountain will be difficult if tackled alone so this is where the support of many will come into play. We are asking two things at this point in time:
Most importantly, we ask for your prayers. Money can get you to the places you wish to go, but faith will take you to the places you’re meant to go. We are asking for prayers for wisdom and faith as we step out of our comfort zone. Prayers for decisions, guidance, and financial support are so important to us right now. We serve a big God who can do far more than we could ever comprehend. We know He will show up and direct and provide for us.
We will be asking for financial support as we move ahead. As I said, this is a huge mountain we’re willing to climb but we can’t do it alone. While it feels absolutely unnatural for me to ask for financial support, the truth of the matter is, we cannot pursue this without funding. We would ask that you prayerfully consider supporting us. We know the last year has presented financial hardships for many, so we ask that you only give if you are comfortable to do so. Please know if you cannot contribute financially, your love and support goes farther than any dollar!
