I'm Tiffany Ding, recording engineer & Sales Operations Lead at Ableton. I'm raising money to benefit The Torch Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that offers leadership trainings to at-risk teens from low-income, under-served communities throughout the US and abroad.

Instead of just giving people money, I strongly believe in donating towards equipping kids with the tools and the mindset to actively be the authors of their own life stories.

The mission of The Torch Foundation is to support teens with tools that create self-awareness, resilience, coping and resolution skills to develop healthy relationships and success in their lives, whatever success looks like for them.

This is going to create a world of empowered, responsible, vulnerable, confident teenagers.

The training includes a two-day workshop and one month of coaching. For every $300, one young person’s life is going to transform. I don’t want you think, "oh that’s only a couple people." It makes a difference for those lives. And EVERY dollar will impact this next generation of beautiful humans to break intergenerational cycles and build young leaders to set the examples for our future.
