Leadership Steamboat: Routt County Store & Share
Tax deductible
The Leadership Steamboat Class is proud to announce their 2021 project, Routt County Store & Share, a cooperative freezer storage that supports the needs of local ag producers. This project stemmed from the overwhelming need in our community to not only help producers store and distribute their products, but to also increase access to local food products.
Leadership Steamboat recognizes the value of local agriculture and the expansion of a food system that provides quality, local products to Northwest Colorado communities. As a valued community member, we hope that you do too!
We are asking for your support in our fundraising effort to raise $64,000 to expand our local food systems and continue supporting local ag producers. Your donation will go directly towards the purchase of a freezer unit, cover startup costs, and establish a maintenance fund to assist with operations long into the future. The Leadership Steamboat class is confident that our freezer storage solution will help local ag producers build more resilient supply chains and expand the market for sustainably raised local meat in northwest Colorado.
Please consider donating to Routt County Store & Share to help expand our local food system in northwest Colorado and continue support for our local ag producers. You can also visit our donation page or read our article in the Steamboat Pilot & Today for more information. Thank you for supporting local farmers and ranchers!
