The  Leaders Journey aims to raise awareness and funds in the region of around £1000 per person in support of creating a  framework that allows emerging and young talent to be able to access the learnings of leaders as well as events, networks, coaching and mentoring on a global platform. Our aim is to create a marriage between generations that passes down knowledge, inspires the young, eliminates barriers and builds greater trust in leaders and leadership once again.

 
We are delighted to have over 120 global leaders already open to being a mentor and sharing their stories from the worlds of business, law, accountancy, hospitality, the military, education and sport.


Our aim is to make this a tool which has global learning but also has global reach as knowledge is knowledge and is valuable regardless of the part of the world one comes. One of the assets of the app being designed is that language barriers are not an issue as all conversations can be translated. We are very excited by the idea of creating a framework that really allows the lessons of great leaders and mentors to be accessible to young talent globally as our view is that a growth mind-set is essential for the future.
