Lea Milic Funeral & Wake

Dear Friends,

 

We lost our beloved Leposava on April 25, 2022, after her long, courageous battle with cancer. Earlier this year, she was preceded in death by her partner, Nikola and her mother.

 

It was Leposava's last wish that George and Nomi marry before she was to be laid at rest if she were to pass before their wedding. She died in George's arms with his brother Theo and Nomi by her side.

 

We are asking friends and family to support us in ushering Lea's soul to her final journey. Neither George or Theo have the means to pay for their mother's funeral and the young Rosic's just fronted their wedding expenses with little left to fund the funeral. It is now up to us to support this family in their time of grief.

 

We are seeking to raise $16,000 that will cover $4,736.13 for funeral costs, $5,675 for graveyard related expenses, $500 for the wake, $2,500 for Lea's tombstone and $2,000 for mental health services and therapy for George. Lea did not leave a will, so it will be several months until her sons can access her resources.
