In less than 10 days, I will be taking part in the TCS 2025 London Marathon. I was one of the lucky few to secure a place through the ballot entry, and I would like to take this opportunity to do a quick flash fundraiser for a charity that is very close to my heart.

Meet Spot!

Spot joined our family in May last year after being rescued in Romania by the incredible charity Safe Rescue. Spots started his life on the streets of Romania before he found shelter at the Safe Rescue kennels. Although the shelter is primarily used to take in street dogs the staff noticed Spot hanging around at the shelter and decided to take him in. Fast forward a couple months and Spots was ready to start his journey to the UK – When Spots first joined our family, his older brother Archie wasn't too sure about him at first. But now, they're totally inseparable and love causing all sorts of mischief together. The neighbours even call them the 'cheeky boys'!

Safe rescues mission is to drive long lasting change within Romania all whilst providing better lives and forever homes for the dogs and cats they rescue.
