Agim Jimmy Lazoja is a loving father of five.

He supports his family as a hard working trucking owner operator. 

After two years on the road without any time off, Jimmy suffered a stroke while visiting his family in Montenegro and is in critical condition now.

His family needs him to be transported to US and get better medical supervision.
