Lazering my eyes

I need to get $900 for my eye laser surgery. I have a blurry spot in my right eye, because I had pulmonary edema (had a bad doctor and prescriptions) few times last year which caused me to be hospitalized a lot.  During my stay, the nurses used too much heparin (blood thinner) which caused my right eye's blood veins to burst, making blood flowing freely which required me to have surgery done on it. After a recent return visit, I was told my eyes needs to have another laser surgery to make the sight better,  removing any remaining scar tissue. Being a dialysis patient as well (from kidney issues) prevents me from finding work , so my husband is only one who is making income.

We also have one doctor appointment coming which already is $500 which we cannot afford together.
