My name is Layla Morris and for the third and final time, I am headed to Fargo, ND for the US Marine Corps Junior & 16U Nationals this July.

This year, I was unable to compete in the primary qualifiers for this tournament, thankfully I received a petition through last years qualification.

The cost of the trip including registration, gear, camp, transportation, etc. is about $1,800. With this level of expense, I am in need of and seeking financial support.

As I transition into college wrestling, I will only wrestle freestyle from here on out. I believe that the preparation for this tournament and the tournament itself will be helpful in developing my skills and give me the chance to showcase my skills on a bigger stage.

I put in 18+ hours a week in the wrestling room, the gym, and at wrestling tournaments while also maintaining good grades and working to save money for these types of trips. With this, I hope you consider contributing to this fundraiser in view of the fact that I work unflaggingly and always push myself in everything that I do.

I truly appreciate any proceeds that I receive. Any proceeds that surpass my current fundraising goal will go towards my savings for future training/competition opportunities.

I aspire to win this tournament and am excited to have the opportunity when competing this summer at the US Marine Corps Junior & 16U Nationals in Fargo, North Dakota.
