Layla: #1 Murderfist fan, Feline, Survivor.

Hello, beloved friends and family - 
I am pleading to you on behalf of myself and my beloved fiancé, John Moreno. This cat, Layla, was rescued in Florida by John before he moved with her to NYC almost two decades ago. And even by professional opinion, she is in great health given her age of 16 years. She is, however, in urgent and dire need of dental surgery. She is mostly unable to eat or drink without help. Since this is a dental surgery, and in all other respects stoic as a mountain lion, I would like to proceed with my plea. As his future wife and someone who sees and knows the bond that they share, I ask you all, humbly, to consider making a donation towards her surgery. As for those of you on our wedding registry, if you were to donate we would gladly take that as a more than appreciated wedding gift. The final estimate for treatment will be higher than $2000, but even donating to our base fund would be beyond appreciated.
