The last 3 days have been incredibly sad and tragic for me and my entire family. Today at 9:13 AM my brother, Juan (52) lost his fight against Covid. He leaves behind my entire family and his two beautiful young kids Carlos (13) and Mariah (11).  He was a single dad and an incredible father to his children. He is someone that didn't have much but made experiences for them with what he did have. His children were his life. We are completely devastated and trying to figure out how we move forward without his incredible soul and how best to support his children.

My brother waited a long time to go to the hospital because he didn't have medical insurance. With being in the ICU, those bills have skyrocketed. We didn't expect any of this, so we don't have anything saved or have any preparations for laying him to rest.

All funds received will go to his funeral expenses. If there is anything left over it will go straight to his kids for anything they may need.

Brother - you came to give me a hug before departing. You smiled, danced your butt off, and then you left. Thank you. I love you so much. Now keep dancing in heaven. You will forever be with us. We'll watch over Mariah, Carlos, and of course Homie.
