Laying Hector Delgado to rest

Our hearts are full of grief and sorrow. Our father Hector Delgado left us on Sunday, September 19th after a long month battle with covid pneumonia leaving behind three grandchildren and two daughters. This past month has put so much stress on our family as covid has put so much restrictions in being able to see our father. Not being able to be around or hold him has left us with so much more pain. We know our father fought and tried his most to come out of this to come home.

 

Our father Hector Delgado was so great, he did everything that was asked he became vaccinated got additional pneumonia vaccines did everything to stay safe not only for him but for his family and grandchildren. He was so much part of our daily life, we would wake up to morning phone calls and voicemails of letting us know how much we meant to him and to have a great days. His grandchildren adored him so much as he was so active in their lives. He would go out of his way to make it to any arrangements the kids may have had. Our father was the life of the party the one person you can count on to have deep conversations with. He was such a hard working, loving, and loyal man.

 

We are asking for help to lay my dad to rest and we have no more resources for funds. We have been put into a situation where we might have to apply for a loan if we do not receive help. We are literally asking for anything you can help out with, even if it means just re-sharing our link.

 

We are looking for $8,800 to go towards the balance of the funeral services since the plot has been paid. The balance will be paying the ceremony, preparation, plaques, flowers, etc. We will need to funds by September 27, 2021.
