Lay Todd to rest
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Julie. My family and I are at a loss. Our cousin/nephew, Todd Clark passed away suddenly on October 9, 2022 after suffering a major heart attack.
He was in Hamot Medical Center for 7 days, 4 of those days he was on a ventilator. He was discharged in hopes to recuperate at home in preparation for open heart surgery. Sadly, on his first night home he suffered another heart attack and passed.
Fortunately he had life insurance through his job at WalMart, but unfortunately never named a beneficiary. By law, without naming a beneficiary, your insurance money goes first to your spouse, he didn't have one. Next it would go to children, he didn't have any. Then parents, his have both passed. Finally siblings, including half siblings. He had a half sister with whom he had no contact, she received the life insurance.
We are hoping the estate can find enough funds to pay his funeral bills, however, there won't be any money for the purchase of his burial site, burial or headstone.
We had a unique headstone picked out in the shape of a bowling pin with a bowlingball on the base next to the pin. The total cost of everything is just under $5000.00.
Those of you who knew Todd, mostly likely knew of his bowling successes. He started bowling at Pine Lanes as a young boy, with many local kids. He continued bowling for the next 30+ years winning many awards, rings and patches. Todd bowled atleast two 800 games, and held a record with an 857 game. Because of his love of the game and his many successes, we felt it appropriate to mark his grave with a bowling themed headstone.
If you are able, his cousins, Aunt, Uncles and I would appreciate any monetary gift you are able to give to help lay Todd to rest as he deserves.
Thank you for reading this brief story about our family member and friend. And thank you for your donation, it really is appreciated. Rest in Peace dear cousin.
