Lay Susan to Rest with Her Beloved Bruce

On August 19, 2024 my sister-in-law Candace and brother Michael lost their beautiful mother to many health issues that hit her all at once. She was such a strong, kind, loving woman that touched so many hearts along her journey in this life. The one wish Susan asked was to be buried with her high school sweetheart, Bruce. Candace is trying to make Susan’s last wish come to a reality along with handling other expenses. Due to the last 6 years of Susan fighting many health issues, finances are very tight with nothing set in place to help cover. We ask if you would like to help Candace and Mike make Susan’s last wish come true. It would truly mean the work to them and Susan’s family.

Susan was a strong woman who would help anyone she could. If that meant a good laugh, an ear to listen, or a place to stay with no judgement, she was there with open arms. She loved helping so much that she worked at a DV shelter and worked the DV hotline. She helped so many people get through some of the hardest times in their lives.

Though she loved to help people, her true love was always her husband, her two kids, and her family.

Her health battle was long and hard, from learning she had kidney failure to A-fib to coding 3 times. The fact that she remained so strong for so long was a true miracle. When all the chips were down she overcame and slowly got stronger. But while she overcame so much, her body was tired and she was soon ready to join her husband and live in peace and love.
