Honoring a Life of Love, Strength, and Connection

Born in Bhutan in 1938, our grandfather’s life was a journey of resilience and devotion to family. From Bhutan to a refugee camp in Nepal and then to the U.S. in 2010, he overcame every challenge with strength and love.

He raised a large, loving family of 1 son, 5 daughters, 1 daughter-in-law, and 18 grandchildren. In 2022, we settled in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where our family’s legacy continued to grow.

On January 15, 2025, we lost our beloved family member, leaving behind a life full of love and inspiration. We are raising funds to cover funeral expenses and support our family during this difficult time. His physical body might have left this world, but the wisdom he has passed to people around him will continue to live through.

It’s during times like this where our community has helped each other without a second thought. We appreciate all gestures of help. Thank you for helping us honor his memory.
