Hi friends, family, and lovers of lacrosse!

Beginning this May, I am embarking on what I’ve dubbed my "Lax Girl Summer"—a once-in-a-lifetime season filled with incredible opportunities to play, coach, and grow the game of lacrosse on a global scale. Over the next few months, in addition to my leadership commitments in Central Florida lacrosse, I will represent the Bokey, Zimbabwe, the USA, and the lacrosse community at large across multiple countries, competing, coaching, and building bridges through the sport I love.

The Journey

Heritage Cup (Weston, MA • May 23-26)

I have the privilege of playing for the Zimbabwe Women's Lacrosse Team in our second-ever appearance at the 2025 Heritage Cup over Memorial Day weekend. Last year, in our debut and the first time the tournament had a women’s division, we placed 4th out of 20 teams; this year, we’re gunning for a trophy!!!

United World Games (Germany, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria • June 16-25)

I’ve been given the honor of being selected to coach the first-ever USA Women’s U21 Team attending the United World Games! We will compete against club and national teams from all over the world in this massive youth olympic event while immersing ourselves in once-in-a-lifetime cultural experiences. I'm immensely grateful that my travel expenses are covered for this, but my husband and two-year-old son won’t see me for the better part of a month unless they’re able to join me, so I'm hoping to raise the funds to cover their costs!

Lisboa Cup (Spain & Portugal • June 28-July 7)

Immediately following UWG, I will compete with the USA All-Stars team in the Lisboa Lacrosse Cup, traveling through Spain and Portugal, scrimmaging against local clubs and hosting youth clinics to help grow the game. In 2022, I played with this team at the Prague Cup, made possible through the generous support of my community.

There are two nights between the end of the UWG trip and my team’s arrival in Barcelona for the Lisboa Cup tour, and during this time I will be responsible for my own accommodations and transportation from Zurich to Barcelona, which I hope to raise the funds for. I still have about $2,000 left to pay on this trip, and this is what any funds raised in excess of my goal will go toward.

My Why

Lacrosse has been my passion and purpose for over half my life. I’ve played, coached, and officiated at nearly every level, and I am constantly working to expand access to the sport, especially in underrepresented communities. This summer, I get to live that dream on a global stage while also investing in the local lacrosse community that raised me.

This is a huge undertaking, but I know with your support, I can make it happen. Whether you can donate $1 or $100, every bit helps! And if you can’t give financially, a share of this campaign means just as much!
