help out with lawyer fees and damage repair

Hi, my name is Abby and I’m fundraising to get back on my feet and hire a lawyer. I am a single mom with two girls, a seven and a four year old. I was married for seven years where my ex had me live in fear due to intoxication, cheating, escorts and more. We have opened a business together a month before we got separated and he helped me renovate, however, I took care of all expenses, payroll, rent and built from scratch. I’ve worked so had to have a small business for me and my girls. Two days ago my ex was so intoxicated and he went to my spa and demolished the whole spa. Everything in the spa was broken, his blood was everywhere because of the broken glass. When I called the cops to report him they stated they can’t arrest him because his name is on the lease. And now I am fully responsible to clean up the place before turning in the key. Two days after he went back to the spa intoxicated to break more and threaten to kill me. Again the law won’t help me at all. I need help raising money to hire a lawyer to help me get full custody and to start my business from scratch. Anything can help at the moment.
