Help us stop our family from being separated.

As most of you know my husband Eric is not a US citizen. UCIS has ordered that he be deported due to his asylum case being denied. Unfortunately, being married to a US citizen for 5 years means nothing to them. The immigration officer informed us that it did not change the fact that Eric was already in Deportation Proceedings when we met and got married.. What this means is the deportation order has not been terminated, even though he has been married to me, a US citizen, for 5
years. We can't just apply for a green card without a formal case to the immigration court to terminate Eric's deportation status. We were told we would have to get an Immigration Lawyer who is well versed in Immigration deportation court to represent us and appeal to have Eric's the order terminated before the same judge that denied his case in the first place. Can you imagine being torn apart from your life and your loved ones simply because you were born on the wrong soil. Please help us. The lawyer costs and legal fees have been confirmed by our law firm. It costs money to get an audience with a judge. We need your help to keep our family together. Losing my husband would be devastating for me and I am not able to move to his country of birth as it is dangerous and people are starving.
