Lawyer for Custody case and Flight

Some of you know me, some don't. This so I can get custody back of my daughter. I don't use drugs. I'm not abusive. I've never endangered her or left her in bad hands. She's never been hungry or in want for anything (other than more candy).
I lost custody because in August 2015, she cried about how she missed her brothers and sisters. I arranged for her to go live with her father. When I went to get her back for Christmas break that year, he arrived on my doorstep on Christmas eve (less than 24 hours she was with me) with police stating it was his authorized time to have her and wanted to take her back.
Court stated that because I was military "it is unstable and I could deploy at any time" so he should have her.
Since he has had her, he's violated every arrangement with the custody agreement. From ignoring me trying to contact her, to moving to another state without notifing me.
At this point it is beyond me trying to do things on my own and I need a lawyer. The lawyer I've quoted is $8000 for a full scope. Which is needed as I live in another state from the "home" court AZ, and they have now moved to UT.
He's also not allowing me to see her for the summer unless I am her chaparone (reason why she was not allowed to come for Christmas 2016 and $600 was spent on that plane ticket with a Southwest chaparone.)
I'm asking for the amount stated so that way I can ensure the lawyer is covered, flights are covered, and if the court costs go over the amount for the retainer. Reciepts and expenses will be provided as to prove that I'm not spending this on frivolous things, I also have references to show that I will do the things I say I will do.
I'm stubborn on asking for things, but after many people have asked and recommended I do this, I'm caving and proceeding with this. If you need me to pay you back eventually, I CAN and WILL do so. (again, references) I don't like having to do this but I REALLY don't see any other option.
Any thing given is HIGHLY appreciated. And again, if you want me to pay you back and show reciepts, I can very easily do so.
