Lawyer fees and Cremation fees for Gloria Jacobson

I did not want to go this route but I don't know what else to do at this point. I want to first thank everyone taking the time to read this and those who are able to contribute. Thanks so much!!

My mom was on her death bed and given 24 hrs to live 6 years ago. I did massive research and found out the doctors and the hospital were treating her wrong for her conditions. I found a loop hole to get her out to rehab and then declared too sick for rehab so go her into great hospital that saved her life. 1 year ago she got uterine cancer and went thru chemo that worked real good went into remission. 2 months later the cancer came back in full force throughout her body and has now taken her life.

There are so many fees coming from all over from lawyer fees to taking care of cremation and memorial to medical bills and getting her house in order. It is very overwhelming. She did not have any life insurance or any coverage of death benefits.

I have not been able to work much due to having to take care of my mom the last several years so my savings is gone.

I need to be able to take care of her estate properly and just can't at this point. I thought her pension covered her death benefits but does not. I can not even come close to covering all these costs and need to get her cremated and her estate closed out.
