Lawyer costs to get families paid by greedy Corporation

I really need your help to get these families paid the money they are owed. We urgently need to begin the lawsuit process it’ll take 1,000 to begin and the lawyer says the total cost will be 10k from beginning to end, as they have admitted all fault. They plan on stalling until we can't sue anymore because they know they will lose. We are running out of time and I have devoted everything I have for the last 2 years to this.

Phenix Publishing (UK) and Tops Learning (Beijing) have the funds to pay everyone, based on their company’s earnings report. Their corporate greed is affecting multiple families financial hardships who dedicated hours of hard work to be unpaid for their labour and efforts to create material for their iEnglish tablet.

The companies have admitted all fault and agree we should be paid, but they keep blaming each other. They think there is nothing we can do to fight back because the companies are in the UK and China.

Basically, at this point, we just need to get a court injunction in the UK, to force them to pay instead of postponing any longer. We have heard every story possible of why they can't pay us now, even though, they make millions each year. The best excuse was in summary, "that money is for people more important than you." in other words, people we can't take advantage of.

I have been trying my best for two years to get teachers, writers, editors, and families from all walks of life paid, I have spent countless hours in pointless negotiations and have paid in the past for two lawyers, letters, and company research.

I think we come to an agreement but then they never follow through with it. So now, I have allowed them to drag it out so much, and take such a psychological toll that, I have nothing left to continue, my credit cards are maxed out. Please help so I can have my life back, and fulfil my obligations to everyone who put their faith in me.

Please help us get these families and educators paid after giving so much of their time for free so that this company could make such a huge profit from their work.

The full story:

We are a consortium of educators, writers and editors that have been fighting with two companies Phenix Publishing (UK) and Tops Learning (Beijing). They are basically the same company. We were hired to create educational stories for them and we did. We worked with them for about 4 years on other projects as well, which they paid for. But they never finished paying for the educational stories. So now after spending what little I make and spending a lot of time over 2 years, I'm at the point where I need help to get these families paid.

Despite the two companies blaming each other they still owe about 140,000 USD plus damages. They have owed this money for a long time. Working with them was never easy and they always paid very late, sometimes only 3 times a year. But even when they paid, they were sill behind. They always had excuses and we went along with them because we had families and we enjoyed the work.

It's not easy working without being paid, but we did it because we wanted to create good education for their iEnglish tablet. We had also worked with them for many years and they had always paid eventually.

Anyway, about 2 years ago they stopped paying completely for all our past work but kept making promises or begging for more time.

It was then, that everyone really needed money, we had teachers in every part of the world. I had families asking me how to pay their rent, and how to buy food. I remember one teacher in Zimbabwe who needed medicine for her child. It was then I maxed out all my credit cards and sold what I had to try to finish paying people, but it wasn't enough. It was then at the beginning of this year I managed to make enough to get my first lawyer and that's when I found out they made 9,000,000 pounds! All of us had suffered so much, I sacrificed so much, why? It is just pure corporate greed.

Anyway, the first lawyer's letter scared Phenix Publishing(UK), where he then confessed to owing all the money, but said he couldn't pay it without Tops Learning (Beijing) approval. So we wrote a second lawyer letter targeting Tops, and Tops said "We don't care, many people threaten to sue us and they don't, also it's Phenix's name on the contract so it doesn't concern us". ....Though Tops Learning(Beijing) owns 100% of Phenix Publishing(UK).

This is when we learned about all the lawsuits in China with Tops Learning, the maker of the iEnglish tablet. They had destroyed families in China as well. Through lawsuits, most of these people were paid.

"My sales funds, which I desperately need for my cancer treatment, have been frozen by Top Learning! I have dedicated four years to this company, diligently serving thousands of users. Now, as my condition worsens and I need to be hospitalized for surgery, my sales funds have been withheld! What this company is doing feels like a threat to my life for profit!."

So now I would really like to see this to the end and teach these companies a lesson while getting the money to all those who worked so hard and have waited so long. Eventually, we might need to raise $10,000 and no lawyer will take this case at no win no pay.

I am sorry I have nothing left to give at this point, my credit is ruined because of this and I have even received death threats from frustrated people who just want their money.
