Lawsuit Against NYC DOE

Teachers and parents of students in NYC public schools are suing the NYC DOE for forcing mandatory in-school COVID testing without providing all of the necessary information to allow an informed decision to be made.
Attorney Michael Sussman is filing the case in court immediately (as early as Friday, December 11, 2020) and we need at least $3000 to file the lawsuit.
This lawsuit will be seeking to determine for sure what can and cannot be done with the specimens that are collected from teachers and students during in-school COVID testing, and to make public the "secret contract(s)" governing in-school COVID testing that NYC Health+Hospitals Corp. continues refuses to make available to the public.
