Lawsuit Against Nick Von Geijer

Donation protected
My name is Abby. I am a biology student from Rhode Island going into my third year and I plan on pursuing biomedicine to help the masses.
I met Nicholas Von Geijer in May of 2022. We would only hang out occasionally until I began working for him uncontracted on an adult live-streaming platform in January of 2023. Everything was going fine until about March or April when I got a DM from a TikTok user named “nickvonscammer”. I was worried about this and wanted to see what was going on, so I responded to them. At this point, they had not posted any videos or anything. They would not give me much information except that Nick had scammed many people unless I told them my relationship with Nick. I said that we had a complicated relationship, which was true. We had been working together and hanging out often. We would spend hours on his balcony, looking at the stars above and talking about our hopes and aspirations for life and business. We had planned to dominate the world through helping humanity as a whole, together, with my knowledge of the sciences and his knowledge of business. Only later did I find out that for the entire year I knew him he manipulated me so badly that I thought he truly cared about me and my success. Going back to the DM, I was informed by the account and by confronting Nick that a millionaire named Jessica Chen was behind all of this (this is her American name, she is a Chinese citizen, real name I-Teng Leong). Basically, she found out he was cheating on her with me and most likely other girls and wanted to defame and expose him. She began posting videos targeting Nick over many forms of social media, such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc, as well as tarnishing his name all over Los Angeles and even putting him on the NY times square billboard. Let me just add that all of the people you see in these videos are not Jessica herself, it is her friend she hired. After Nick did not give in to the defamation, Nick’s business partner Greyson turned on Nick after being blackmailed by Jessica. Nick hid the fact that he knew me from Greyson, but Greyson had seen me many times on the live streaming platform and told Jessica about what I do after she showed Greyson photos of me. The night of June 5th, my personal information began to be leaked in the chat of my live streaming account while I was online. Then, social media accounts impersonating me began popping up, with my personal information such as my former address, phone number, name, university, and more. A website was made about me, linking all of my streaming and personal information, saying how Nick Von was trafficking me. It included all of my family and my personal information and even my Social Security Number. My mother was blackmailed by the accounts telling me to stop working with Nick or all of my live-streaming information was going to be sent out to my university and family/friends. Nick and I went to the police and FBI, but nothing could be done since the people doing all the damage were from India and Pakistan, hired by Jessica. I continued to work with Nick and the accounts sent everything out. My family, friends, and university were all informed of my job which was kept rather under wraps until that point.
Now you may ask, “Why would you keep working for Nick if your relationship with him was causing the downfall of your life?” That is a great question. Nick baited me into this job with a promise that he had an advantage over others. He told me that he knew the owners of this particular website which would allow for a promotion that other users did not receive. I decided to work for him and split the profit 50/50, which he convinced me was the industry standard, especially because he promised me management of social media and moderators who would guide me through my live streaming endeavors. None of this was the truth. I managed everything myself, received no help with advertising, and found out later by calling the platform that his knowing the owners was a lie. It is not just Nick using this tactic either, it is a group of men pretending that they know someone named “Jason” who works for the site. I continued to work with Nick after the attacks; he was on the same side as me after all and I truly thought he cared about me. This was not the case. I was just the one funding his lavish lifestyle, paying his Lamborghini bills and rent. He even manipulated me so well at one point that I was not on speaking terms with my family. When the attacks began happening, he sent his friend to me, Daniel, also known as DanTheMemeMan. We will get back to Dan later. What made me finally realize how Nick had put me into a trap was a combination of a few factors. 1) I called a few people I knew that had been in his circle. They informed me of a few scam tactics he would use, such as in NFTs, banning people from being able to use Facebook Ads, and using people’s IDs to get advantages in his illegitimate live streaming business without telling them what he was doing. 2) Nick was in severe debt because he would run up massive payments on credit cards and keep getting new credit cards to pay them off. 3) I was 95% sure he was lying about knowing the owners of the platform. 4) Nick put me in a trap. He withheld $24,000 of my live-streaming earnings to get me a car since I had not had a credit history established for very long. When the attacks began on me, my mom and I asked him over the phone and in person to ask for a refund and give me the money back so I could purchase the car myself. Multiple people we were with can attest to this. The 14th business day came when I was supposed to get the refund and Nick refused to give it to me. He even promised he would give it to me out of pocket if it for some reason did not process. A day later, he told me there was a Tesla ready for pickup soon, registered to his mom. Obviously, I had no control over this and if he decided to take the car away from me after I had made payments on it, I was f***ed. I was scared and unsure if I contacted the live streaming platform and he did know someone, he would have my account deleted. To the grace of God, a mutual friend referred me to a lawyer who was willing to help. I was able to retrieve my account and stream independently from Nick, no longer having to worry about the attacks or a man who I thought believed in me taking half of my hard-earned money. However, if you thought it was over, we are just getting started.
My plan was to retrieve my account, keep streaming, and Daniel and I were going to join Jessica’s side to turn on Nick publicly. Throughout all of this, Daniel, Nick’s friend of five years, realized how lost Nick had become in the money. He decided to turn on Nick as well. However, as I was in the process of retrieving my account, Nick made a deal with Jessica. In exchange for $500k monthly and a place at 10,000 Santa Monica Blvd, a high-end apartment complex, Nick signed his soul and body away for money to be with an overly obsessed millionaire. This is what Hollywood will do to you, I guess. He began trying to convince me that all of the attacks were from Greyson, his business partner who turned on him, as a personal vendetta. I’m not an idiot as much as Nick might want to think; Greyson was not behind all of this, Jessica clearly was. His story was extremely inconsistent and ironic because he began trying to convince me of this as he was initiating the deal with Jessica. He wanted to protect her. So, I finally retrieved my account and decided to go online for the first time independently, the way it should have been the entire time, taking my profit for my hard-earned work instead of giving it to a low life who couldn't even afford his false and pretentious lifestyle. Only a few hours into my stream, my current address began being sent out to my live-streaming viewers. Nick was the only one who knew my current address which until that time was not public information. Minutes after, Daniel went outside to retrieve something and an explosive was set off feet away from him. We called the police and I immediately had to relocate. I began receiving threats that more of my family’s personal information, such as their credit reports, would be leaked if I continued to go online. So, since then, I haven't been streaming.
I am making this GoFundMe to pursue at least the money Nick owes me for the car. There are still thousands Nick owes me for my work for him, however, I need to start with this. While most people who have experienced something as traumatic as what I have gone through would give up all business aspirations and wallow in the fact that their life has been upturned, I want to treat this as a learning experience. Be wary of who you trust, but do realize that there are good people out there who want to help and want to do the right thing. I can’t lie when I say that out of Nick’s grasp, I feel more free than I ever have before.
