Lawrence Nycholat Sr. Legacy Giving
On Sunday February 14th, 2021 our dad was called to Heaven to be with Jesus, one month after being diagnosed with lung cancer. To know our Dad, Lawrence Nycholat Sr., is to love him. His kind ways and desire to help others is unlike no other. Although we did not grow up with a whole lot, our Dad was the first person to give the shirt off his back and the last dollar in his pocket to someone in need.
Our dad was the most selfless and loving person. He held a huge spot in his heart for people less fortunate and going through times of trouble. This desire to help others is how he discovered The Mustard Seed in Calgary. Our Dad spent many hours volunteering his time and serving the less fortunate and homeless people of Calgary.
The Mustard Seed is an organization that has been serving individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness for over 35 years and has become a haven for those most in need. Their mission is: To build hope and well being for our most vulnerable citizens through Jesus' Love.
Our family has partnered with The Mustard Seed to create a Legacy Giving in our Dad's name. Your heartfelt donation will honor our Dad by giving to this organization that meant so much to him and help out so many people in need.
