Detroit Opera Touring Artist baritone Lawrence Mitchell Matthews, has suffered the devastating loss of his Wife of 4 years, Aimee Anissa Makeda Matthews to a sudden diagnosis of stage 4 cancer.

Her death leaves behind not only Lawrence, but little Lawrence Matthews age 3, and Briella Matthews age 1 year old.

Lawrence is not only a fine vocal artist who covers himself in glory every time he opens his mouth, but a beautiful and amazing human being. I am imploring all who read this appeal to support this family financially with any amount you are able.

I can't imagine the difficult road ahead for the Matthews Family, but I am hoping our collective support will help in some way to sweeten that road.
