Lawrence C. Raftery Memorial Fund

Lawrence C. Raftery,  Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Pastor, and Friend to many passed away on Wednesday, December 23rd, 2020.  As a Minister and Pastor for the majority of his life thousands upon thousands have been blessed by him.  While we are now saddened by his passing, we will never forget what he meant to our lives and we also take comfort in knowing he is with the Lord Jesus Christ, who he faithfully served since the day he met Him.

1 Corinthians 10:24  NKJV
Let no one seek his own, but each one the others well-being.

In having a close friendship with Pastor Larry for almost 40 years I will say that this scripture passage is the definition of who he was. Whether it was spiritual, emotional, physical, or financial, Pastor Larry always put the well-being of others ahead of himself.

All donations will go to Victoria Raftery to be used by the family to pay for funeral expenses. Any money in excess of this memorial fund goal or actual funeral expenses will be used by Victoria Raftery at her sole discretion.
 
Any amount donated will honor Pastor Larry and be a blessing to the family.  As Pastor Larry always signed his letters, the family will be:
