I am excited to have been accepted to the University of Washington School of Law for the Master of Jurisprudence program! Many of you have been following the work that I have been doing for the past 5 years that have led me to applying for Law School.  My goal is to get this degree under my belt to support my work with restaurant worker and industry advocacy. 

Before Covid hit, I had a work/school plan that would have afforded me support in going back to school. That plan is no longer possible.  I am applying for as many scholarships/fellowships/grants that I can as I continue to look for work as the state tries to open.   First quarter tuition is due on October 12th and I am just shy of the full amount. 

I am putting out this ask to help me with the remainder of my first quarter tuition and to buy text books.
