Lavon Martin cancer journey, help me repair my vehicle.

My name is Lavon Martin.

2/2023, I was getting ready to retire, 10/2023 on my birthday.

after 35 dedicated years with my employer, which was and is a blessing in my life, especially being on my job to be employed and pay bills, for many years.

I was constantly feeling irregularity, in my bowel function. I would continue to take medication to get relief. I visited my PCP, immediately I was sent to get a colonoscopy.

My results was cancer.

Even in my retirement and my cancer journey, there are times life is still rewarding. I am bless to have chemo, I am grateful to the most high. I am still here. Praise God

In life I was going along, working paying life bills as we all do. To experience such news , was mind blowing.

Meds going through cancer treatment are very expensive. I do have a mortgage.

My Go Fund Me, is because, I need a motor in my truck. Get my wife rolling, to do many things that has changed, yes life changes and life is a blessing. If I can get a rebuild one, I will be as I am very humble, thankful and grateful.

From me to you get a colonoscopy, it’s not as the rumors we’ve all heard, it’s a life saver, especially caught early.

Life teaches, us (mankind) never, ever can see around the curve.

My truck starts, I went to a mechanic, he stated don’t take a chance being on the side of the road. he was kind to say, he will makes some calls, on searching for a motor and someone to trust, to install it, when I’m ready. To each of you that are reading my words, yes I can drive, I am not in bed except when I feel pain) God is so good.
