Hi, my name is Roger Wiebe. I am raising funds for my brother’s, Lavern Wiebe, memorial. He passed away on July 14th and his wife, Ellen, is commemorating him on Sunday, September 21st in Sidney, Vancouver Island at Saint Paul’s United church.
