Lavalle Xavier Harley passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 17, 2015. Lavalle was a loving husband to Rachel, amazing father to his two sons Nathan and Seth, son and a friend to all of us who were lucky enough to meet and know him. He left a hole in all of our hearts and definitely left us too soon at 43 years old. We miss you dearly!!!
I was fortunate to meet Lavalle because I was his son's Little League baseball coach for 5 years. In that time, I got to know the family well and they were a huge reason as to why I continued coaching. They were always appreciative and respectful of the time and effort we would put into our boys. Our boys became young men because of it, and we remained great friends - even though our lives took different paths. Lavalle's loyalty could never be questioned. He was a man of integrity and was loved by all who knew him. He loved his boys and they were everything to him!!!
We ask those that would like to help to please generously donate to this GoFundMe memorial campaign. All funds go to the Harley Family (Rachel and her boys) to offset and assist funeral costs. Ideally we would love to shatter our goal of $5000.
