Laurie (Lutz) Nievin Home Fire Fund

28658160_15220783860_r.jpegOn Saturday March 24th 2018 our very dear friend Laurie (Lutz) Nievin’s apartment caught on fire and burned.  Her son Stewart was home at the time and helped two neighbors escape the building along with himself.  They are ok although devastated by the loss of several of their pets, only Rufus their cat survived. The Red Cross has given them some immediate help but they have lost just about everything they own. Clothing, household items, furniture not to mention pictures and personal items.

We are starting this fund to help them relocate and start again.  We would like to reach $5000.00 so any donations would be appreciated.  After talking with Laurie,I thought about if I would have to replace everything in my home. It was mind boggling. Not to mention trying to find another place to live, escrow and rent.

Laurie is a wonderful person and I know that there are a lot of people out there that feel as I do and would like to help. So here’s your chance. Whether you went to school with Laurie as I did or work with her or are in a club with her she and her son Stewart could really use your help so please do whatever you can it will be greatly appreciated.

Thank You
