Hi everyone,
I'm putting together this GoFundMe for my wonderful friends the Ellison's. Recently they have fallen on hard times and here is a little bit of information about what's going on below. I would like to try to raise money to help with this wonderful family.
If any of you know the Ellison's, you know that they are always there for everyone no matter what and they are The most loving, kind and amazing family. They will give their shirts off their back for anyone that needs it even if they don't have it they will figure out a way to help somehow. They are the kindest and most loving family and our true best friends. Rickey is a local football coach for auburndale high School and Laurie my best friend is a mother of three amazing teenagers, our god children. Below is information about why we are raising money.
Last Monday, Laurie experienced severe pain in upper stomach that wouldn’t go away. So they rushed her to the hospital. After several labs and an ultrasound they found that her gallbladder was horribly inflamed with stones so they admitted her. They were planning surgery for Tuesday. Her labs showed high Tropinin levels (the heart attack hormone) so cardiac workup was ordered....they waited days and days. No surgery, no food....nothing. She had an Echo, stress test, ekg, hida scan, ALL tests came back fine (THANK YOU JESUS!) so finally on Friday they took her gallbladder and stones out. She had a two and a half hour surgery that was supposed to be less than an hour. After surgery, the surgeon said that one stone was lodged in her bile duct....more surgery She would then have to have an endoscopy ERCP to retrieve the stone. So today, Sunday the second procedure was done with a gastroenterologist. All went well, thank god! During this whole time Laurie has missed her childrenso much because she hadn’t seen them in 7 days since they only let one person in at a time and the whole experience has affected her extreme anxiety and depression. She has had sensitivity to many pain relievers and those side affects have been so scary for her. As well as missing her family and not being able to work. Seeing as though they just bought a house it was very important for her to work and make money. Unfortunately she hasn't been able to work and times are getting very hard for them.
I do want to say the nurses and doctors have been phenomenal! Kind , empathetic professionals! We are very thankful.

As you know, when people fall in hard times it makes it difficult to work especially when you are stuck in the hospital and sick or recovering from surgery. I would like to raise some money to help with hospital bills, food for the kids and basic needs.
Any help would be wonderful even if you could spare $1.00 I know they would appreciate it so much.
