Lauren’s Tumor Journey

Lauren Snowden is embarking on a journey that no mother or wife wants to face. She is facing a rare and dangerous tumor that is impacting her daily life, a desmoid tumor located in the mesentery of her small intestine. It is not possible to opporate in this area and she will be starting monthly chemo treatments for 6 months starting this month in hopes to eradicate or shrink the tumor to lessen her symptoms. Lauren is a mother to 2 beautiful children where she shares her knowledge and kindness on raising neurodivergent children and homeschool on her instagram, encouraging moms all over. She is married to Michael and together they live in Virginia. They will be moving to North Carolina to be closer to Lauren’s doctor at Duke Medical, this is an unexpected move and diagnosis.
