Lauren’s Memorial Celebration

Lauren’s Memorial Celebration is a weekend in memory of a very special young girl, who sadly passed away on the 27th of July last year at the young age of 16. Lauren McGrath fought cancer 5 times throughout her short life. Lauren fought bravely with a smile and a laugh for everyone even though this young girl had to deal with so much including leg amputation, epilepsy and meningitis.

This weekend is in an effort to raise vital funds for two amazing charities, Little Blue Heroes and Cliona’s Foundation. These charities helped Lauren and her family tremendously throughout her illnesses. All proceeds raised on the weekend will be split evenly between these two charities.

The weekend will take place on the 18th-20th of August, in the Top of the Town, Askeaton. The weekend is jammed packed with fun events such as a pink themed disco, wax-or-dye, Pint drinking competition, tractor/motorbike/car parade, a family fun day and much, much more!
