GO FUND ME FOR LAURENCE AND ANTONIETTA LAUTIER
I have known my friend and colleague, Laurence Lautier, for 36 years. It all began when Laurence became my very first Cooks’ Apprentice when I took on the role of Executive Chef at Lambton Golf and Country Club in 1983. He has not only been a loyal employee but a loyal friend ever since.
On March 24 of this year, Laurence received some devastating news. He is battling Multiple Myeloma Cancer. He is currently undergoing all the monitoring and treatment he needs to fight this. He is putting up the fight of his life for the sake of his wife and child. His wife, Antonietta, a childcare teacher, has had to leave her job in order to care for Laurence and their son, Anton.
I have decided to start this Go Fund Me page for Laurence and his family. With a little help from my friends, co-workers and Members of Lambton, we can perhaps, ease some of the financial strain put upon Laurence and his family as he concentrates on battling this awful disease.
Laurence is a fighter and he will beat this. Please join me in helping my dear friend and his family until he returns to better health.
