Lauren's Healing & Recovery

Lauren Vermeulen is a smart, beautiful and loving young lady, who unfortunately was a recent victim of the senseless gun violence in Chicago.  Several weeks ago while attempting to break up a fight, someone pulled out a gun and shot her in the head. With God's grace and mercy Lauren did survive, however has endured two surgeries, a coma and now faces a long road to recovery and rehabilitation. While Lauren's family is eternally grateful for all of the prayers and well wishes, her medical bills are continually mounting.
